Eti has been providing TROX with services since 2002, but I have been personally involved with these activities since 2012. [I came to him for] the updating of the product drafting automation so as to bring is in line with product development that had occurred since its original creation in 2002.Obviously, Eti has technical skills to complete the task, but in addition to that, a positive work ethic and ability to work under pressure without any fuss. It was a total success. Mission completed. The project could not have been completed without his assistance. He reduced the time to produce drawings, thereby enabling to better meet customer demands.[What stood out about Eti was his] ability to quickly understand the problem and to calmly provide a solution. He was very positive and inspirational, and I would definitely work with him again.
